Read your trend instead of collecting scattered numbers

Weight and body measurements make more sense when they stay together and use stable units.

Tracking works better when you can answer simple questions quickly:

  • is weight moving in the direction I expected;
  • are measurements confirming the same story;
  • did the last few weeks actually change anything.

Keep weight and measurements together

Looking at one number by itself can be misleading. Bodix is more useful when weight and body measurements stay together instead of living in separate apps or spreadsheets.

Be consistent before you fine-tune

The most helpful trend view usually comes from:

  • using the same unit over time;
  • logging at roughly similar times of day;
  • returning to the same measurement trackers instead of constantly changing them.

Consistency makes the data easier to compare later. Extra complexity usually does not.
