Bodix works best when your first session ends with a setup that feels light enough to repeat tomorrow.
Start with units you actually use
Before you add data, check the measurement units that make sense for you:
- kilograms or pounds for weight;
- centimeters or inches for body measurements.
The app is meant to support routine tracking, so the right units remove friction immediately.
Add today’s weight first
Your first useful step is not building a perfect profile. It is creating the first real data point.
Add one weight entry so the timeline starts with something concrete.
Create only the measurement trackers you need
If you also track body measurements, start with the ones you know you will revisit:
- waist;
- hips;
- chest;
- thigh;
- arm.
You do not need to create every possible metric on day one.
