Bodix 1.1 brings more of the daily picture into Bodix: goals, weight, sleep, steps, and body measurements in one simple tracker.
The first version made weight and measurements easier to keep together. Version 1.1 builds on that by adding the signals that often explain the numbers: how consistently you sleep, whether daily movement is visible, and what goal you are moving toward.
What Bodix 1.1 adds
Bodix 1.1 adds:
- goals for weight, sleep, and body measurements;
- sleep tracking with goal progress;
- step tracking for daily movement;
- Apple Health sync for weight, sleep, and steps;
- quick weight logging that still stays easy to reach;
- common and custom body measurements;
- clear history and change markers;
- backup and restore for extra control over your record.
The goal is not to turn Bodix into a noisy fitness screen. It is still a personal tracker for people who want to understand change without spreading records across notes, spreadsheets, and separate apps.
Why goals matter here
Goals make progress easier to judge without turning every entry into a coaching moment.
Weight goals keep the direction visible. Sleep goals make rest part of the same record instead of a separate concern. Measurement goals keep body changes grounded in more than the number on the scale.
That is the balance Bodix 1.1 tries to keep: enough structure to make progress readable, but not so much that the app gets in the way.
Sleep and steps explain more
Weight and measurements are easier to interpret when sleep and movement are visible too.
Sleep shows what the day looked like. Steps give movement a simple place in the same body record. Apple Health sync helps bring weight, sleep, and steps into Bodix without asking you to rebuild your history by hand.
Together, those pieces make Bodix less like a single-purpose log and more like one place to check in with your body over time.
Still built for a lighter habit
The most important design constraint remains the same: Bodix should be easy enough to return to tomorrow.
That means fast entries, readable histories, quiet goals, personal settings, and backup tools that support the habit instead of turning it into administration. Bodix 1.1 keeps the app focused, but gives the daily record more meaning: weight, sleep, steps, measurements, goals, and progress in one place.
